Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a contract between you and the Public Library of Science (”Harm Reduction Journal”), a company with its principal place of business at 185 Berry Street, Suite 3100, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Harm Reduction Journal operates www.Harm Reduction Journal.org, www.Harm Reduction Journaljournals.org, www.Harm Reduction JournalHubs.org, and other Harm Reduction Journal journal sites (collectively the “Harm Reduction Journal Sites”), through which it strives to make the world’s scientific and medical literature a freely available public resource. By using the Harm Reduction Journal Sites and any services accessible from the Harm Reduction Journal Sites, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (”Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not visit or use the Harm Reduction Journal Sites.

Your Account

In order to open an “Account” on the Harm Reduction Journal Sites and submit articles for publication on the Harm Reduction Journal sites, you must (i) agree to these Terms of Use, (ii) agree to the Creative Commons Attribution License, and (iii) provide any information required by Harm Reduction Journal during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and the security of your Account and password. Harm Reduction Journal cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Impermissible Acts

  • Modify, adapt, or hack the Harm Reduction Journal Sites or falsely imply that some other site is associated with the Harm Reduction Journal Sites or Harm Reduction Journal; or

Feedback
